Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, Indeed, Naukri and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining formalities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Excellent Communicatio0n skills
- Experience in Non-IT hiring preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment setting.

Preferred Skills

- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
