- Job Title: Sr. Tender Executive ( Furniture )

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end tendering process on GeM portal
- Search, analyze, and identify relevant tenders on GeM and other portals
- Prepare and submit bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements
- Handle GeM operations including:
- Product listing & catalog management ( Furniture ).
- Bid participation & reverse auction
- Order processing & fulfillment tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, operations) for documentation
- Maintain proper records of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes
- Track tender results and analyze success/failure for improvement
- Ensure timely submission of bids with complete documentation




- Communicate with clients/government departments for clarifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Robust working knowledge of GeM portal (mandatory)
- Understanding of government tendering processes
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation
- Ability to read and interpret tender documents (BOQ, eligibility, technical specs)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
