This role combines strong UI/UX design expertise with front-end development capabilities to create intuitive, scalable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive design strategy, and continuously enhance user experience through research, testing, and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End UI/UX Design: Lead the complete UI/UX design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- User-Centered Design: Design intuitive, engaging, and accessible interfaces aligned with user needs and industry best practices.




- Front-End Development: Translate design concepts into responsive, high-performance applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- User Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience and engagement.
- Design Systems & Standards: Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Performance & Optimization: Ensure UI performance, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.

Required Qualifications

n
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
- 6–10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and implemented applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
- Robust understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with user research and analytics tools
- Knowledge of performance optimization and web accessibility standards
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
