- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Handling ROC and MCA compliances for multiple clients
- Preparation and filing of statutory forms (AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, ADT-1, etc.)
- Incorporation of companies, LLPs, and related documentation
- Maintenance of statutory registers and records
- Drafting board resolutions, AGM/EGM notices, minutes, and compliance reports
- Monitoring compliance calendars and ensuring timely filings
- Liaising with clients, auditors, and MCA authorities
- Assisting in audits, due diligence, and regulatory reviews
- End-to-end handling of **statutory compliances under Companies Act, 2013**
- Preparation, review, and filing of **event-based ROC forms** (DIR-12, MGT-14, SH-7, INC-22, PAS-3, CHG-1/4/9, etc.)
- Tracking due dates, additional fees, and penalties; ensuring **zero non-compliance**
- Handling **DIN, DSC applications, renewals, and KYC compliances**
- Incorporation of **Private Limited, Public Limited, OPC,



Section 8 companies**
- *Qualifications:**
- Qualification: **CS / CA (Inter / Qualified) / B.Com / M.Com** (as applicable)
- Experience: **3 years** in ROC & MCA compliance (Auditor/CA/CS office preferred)
- Strong knowledge of **Companies Act** and ROC procedures
- Hands-on experience with **MCA portal**
- Valuable drafting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
