Key Responsibilities:

- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Tax Planning: Develop and execute tax-saving strategies that align with company goals while minimizing tax liabilities.
- Audits and Inquiries: Manage tax audits and inquiries, working effectively with tax authorities to resolve issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records for tax filings, credits, deductions, and exemptions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor tax staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and legal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential tax risks while ensuring compliance with international tax regulations (if applicable).
- Reporting:



Prepare detailed tax reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA, CMA, or similar certification preferred).
- Minimum [3 years] of experience in tax management or a related role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
