Project Manager - Data Center Infrastructure (Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Pune)

n

Lead end-to-end execution of critical data center and telecom infrastructure projects, delivering civil, MEP, electrical, and fire safety upgrades on time, within budget, and to stringent regulatory standards across DC sites.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop comprehensive project plans, BOQs, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies for turnkey data center works.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients for seamless procurement, site execution.
- Monitor budgets, progress, and quality; implement corrective actions, statutory audits, and safety protocols.

Required Qualificationsn
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering.




- 5+ years in data center infra projects, with hands-on expertise in civil works, MEP, ELV systems, electrical and fire fighting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel for BOQ preparation, SCADA monitoring, and vendor negotiations.

Preferred Skills and Experiencen
- Proven delivery of projects in Mumbai/Pune sites involving power upgrades and redundancy systems.- Robust communication for client reporting, regulatory filings, and team leadership in high-stakes environments. Local candidates/Pune candidates preferred.
