The Oracle OTM/GTM Systems Analyst is responsible for driving the design, development, and support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions across a global logistics and compliance environment. This role partners closely with Business Operations and Oracle EBS teams to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions, while developing and enhancing OTM/GTM functionality and leading initiatives that improve transportation planning, trade compliance, and overall system performance.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Business Applications and is part of the Oracle Enterprise team located in India and will be an on-site role.

- *In this role, you will have the opportunity to:**
- Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems related to Logistics Distribution with a focus on Oracle Transport Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) applications.
- Drive system implementations through coordination with Business Operations teams to understand gaps, opportunities, and enhancements. Ability to translate those Operational requests into technical solutions within Oracle/OTM/GTM and related system tools is necessary.
- Execute development of agents, dashboards and reports within OTM and GTM. Includes designing, creating and testing the new functions in OTM/GTM.
- Work on Global projects which facilitate automated trade compliance including compliance screening, tariffs, duties and product classifications (HTS, ECCN,



EU Dual-Use, etc).
- Develop detailed and comprehensive test plans, unit test systems and coordinate testing with the business users for the unit tests, System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Demonstrate knowledge/usage with lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 5S, Kanban Practical Problem Solving.
- *The essential requirements of the job include:**
- bachelors degree with 4+ years experience.
- Ability to build and maintain custom agents, automation scripts, and workflow logic in OTM/GTM and troubleshoot performance via logs, integration queues and patches
- Ability to manage OTM/GTM environments, including user roles, domain setup, security, and execute quarterly patching.
- Skilled User Story and Requirements gathering, documenting and translation into functional requirements
- Ability to use data from OTM/GTM to drive to root cause and drive improvements, including SQL skills for data set establishment and visualization of data for presentation.
- *Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Physical/Workplace Requirements:** *if applicable for role*
- Ability to travel no more than 10% globally including United States and Europe.
- *It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:**
- Knowledge of middleware and integration methods (SOA, EDI, FTP/SFTP, API)
- Project management experience
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as medical device
