- *Role Description**

nWe are seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join our team for an in office, full-time position in Bangalore Urban. In this role, you will assist in managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our showrooms. You will support sales teams in visual merchandising, track market trends, and analyze sales data to optimize product mix and performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on special promotions and ensure alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.n

- *Key Responsibilities**

nPlanning: Assist in range planning, assortment finalization, and seasonal stock levels.n

Coordination: Liaise between design, production, and buying teams for timely product development.

Analysis: Monitor sales reports, stock levels, and customer feedback to drive reordering and EOSS decisions.

n

Execution: Manage SKU data, pricing, and vendor follow-ups for fabrics and trims.

n

Omnichannel Support: Coordinate with e-commerce for product listings and visit stores to ensure visual merchandising standards.

What We’re Looking For

nExperience: Minimum 2 years in fashion merchandising (Ethnic wear preferred).n

Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in excel, and excellent coordination skills.

Location: Ability to work on-site at Wilson Garden, Bangalore.
