Paprika Idea Labs is a brand experiential agency that creates high-impact brand activations across places like colleges, co-working spaces, corporate parks, malls and other culture-first spaces.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can open doors, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth for the agency.
Ideal candidate understands basics of business development and can convert conversations into long-term partnerships.
Compensation:
Fixed - 2.4L to 3L
Variable: 2.4L to 3 L (based on the target achievement)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across brands, agencies and marketing heads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Heads)
- Lead pitch conversations in collaboration with strategy and creative teams
- Identify opportunities aligned with brand campaigns and objectives
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Represent Paprika Idea Labs at industry events and networking forums
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in advertising, experiential, media or marketing/events/activation agencies or B2B space)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven personality
- Understanding of on-ground activations and integrated campaign thinking is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
