Role Description*

nThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Brivix Studio, located in Kolkata.n

The Human Resources

nExecutive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, maintain HR policies,



and ensure the organization complies with employment laws.n

Responsibilities also include handling day-to-day HR functions, addressing employee concerns, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, managing performance appraisals, and supporting the development of a positive work setting.

Qualifications*
Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
Robust skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies implementation
Experience and knowledge in core Human Resources (HR) functions
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance standards
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to effectively collaborate in a team and maintain a positive work setting
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
