ACN Motors is a multi-brand automobile service and restoration workshop located in Madurai. We specialize in car service, bodyshop works, accident repair and full vehicle restoration.

We are looking for an experienced Automobile Service Advisor to manage customer service and vehicle service coordination in our workshop.

n

Responsibilities

n
Receive customer vehicles and understand service requirements
Inspect vehicles and explain repair/service work to customers
Coordinate with technicians and workshop team
Prepare job cards and estimate service costs
Follow up with customers regarding service updates
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service




Coordinate spare parts requirements with the parts department

Requirements

n
Minimum 1 year experience in an automobile workshop or car service center
Valuable knowledge of car service and vehicle repair process
Basic computer knowledge for job card entry
Good communication skills with customers
Must be currently located in Madurai

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
