Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Type: Full Time

Our Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support the development of enterprise platforms across healthcare and supply chain domains. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with product, engineering, and data teams in a fast‑paced Agile environment and is passionate about translating business needs into actionable technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis

- Partner with Product Owners throughout discovery and delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple business functions.
- Break down business needs into functional, non‑functional, and data requirements.
- Map current vs. future processes, highlighting risks, gaps, and dependencies.

Product & Platform Support

- Convert product initiatives into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and specifications.
- Contribute to platforms related to master data, search and discovery, analytics, reporting, and data access.
- Help define metadata, taxonomy, data attributes, and data quality rules.

Technical & Data Collaboration

- Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to clarify requirements, assumptions,



and technical details.
- Support API, integration, and data flow discussions.
- Validate data mappings, transformations, and system interactions.
- Assist with search- and AI-enabled use cases by documenting user flows and scenarios.

Testing & Validation

- Support QA and UAT phases by creating test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in UAT execution and issue triage.
- Ensure delivered features meet documented requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with software or platform‑based products
- Exposure to data-driven systems or integrations
- Ability to understand technical concepts (APIs, schemas, data flows)
- Robust analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in Healthcare, Consumer Health, Life Sciences, or Supply Chain
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with search, BI, analytics, or AI‑enabled features
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience working with global teams
