Job Title: Centre Manager – Aligarh Centre

Key Responsibilities

nOversee and manage the overall operations of the Aligarh Centre.n

Supervise all centre staff, including teachers, administrative, and WFM (Work From Home)

n

teams, ensuring effective coordination and performance.

n

Ensure all academic, administrative, and operational activities are executed smoothly and on schedule.

n

Implement and monitor processes to maintain high-quality standards and achieve centre targets.

n

Handle student and staff concerns efficiently through the complaint management process.

n

Assist in counselling and handle inquiry calls, especially during peak hours.

n

Execute all assigned tasks and directives from senior management, including the Manager and

n

Director.

n

Maintain a professional, disciplined, and positive work setting within the centre.

n





Prepare regular reports on centre performance, operations, and staff productivity.

n

The Centre Manager shall assist in student counselling and shall perform all assigned tasks and responsibilities diligently and on time.

n

Requirements

nBachelor’s degree (MBA’s preferred) in Management.n

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in centre, branch, or operations management (preferably in the education sector).

n

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

n

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

n

Proficient in MS Office and general computer operations.

n

Ability to handle pressure and manage operations efficiently during high-demand periods.

n
