We are looking for a creative, driven Social Media Manager to help us grow and manage our clients' presence across multiple platforms. This is a genuinely exciting prospect to shape the voice and identity of a purpose-driven brand from the ground up — with real creative freedom and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

What you will do?

- Build and manage our clients’ presence across key social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Develop and execute a content strategy that builds brand awareness, grows our following, and drives engagement with parents, educators, and families.
- Create high-quality, on-brand content — including graphics, short-form video, copy, and carousels — that brings our mission to life in an authentic and compelling way.
- Manage a consistent posting schedule across all active channels, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and well-optimised for each platform.
- Monitor trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep our strategy sharp and ahead of the curve.
- Engage actively with our community — responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a voice that reflects our values.




- Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and use data to continuously improve.
- Collaborate with the founders on campaign ideas, product launches, and any PR or media activity that intersects with social.

What are we looking for?

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, ideally in a consumer, family, health, or tech context.
- A strong creative eye — you can produce content that stops the scroll and tells a story.
- Confident across multiple platforms and their native content formats — Reels, Stories, carousels, threads, and more.
- Strong copywriting skills with an ability to adapt tone and voice depending on the platform and audience.
- Data-literate — you understand what the numbers mean and how to act on them.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing their own time in a fully remote setup.
- Genuine interest in children's wellbeing, online safety, parenting, or family tech is a big plus.
- Experience working with early-stage startups or building brand presence from scratch is highly desirable.
