Role Description

We are looking for a full time Industrial Engineer to join our team in office in Shivamogga. In this role, you will analyze production processes to optimize efficiency and identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor workflows that enhance manufacturing performance.



Key responsibilities also include ensuring resource utilization, supporting process optimization, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

Solid Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering knowledge.
Proficiency in Process Improvement and Analytical Skills for production optimization.
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Relevant experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.
