Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Manager, based in Tiruchirappalli. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships,



and collaborating with various departments to develop strategic plans. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and maintaining solid knowledge of the company’s financial products and services to effectively present them to potential and existing clients.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Proficiency in Marketing, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets
Knowledge of financial services, such as Savings, Investments, and Fixed Deposits
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage
Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Tiruchirappalli market is preferred
