Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Solid knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
