Role & Responsibilities*
nAs a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind revenue generation, acting as the bridge between potential homebuyers and premium real estate projects in East Pune. Your primary focus will be high-velocity sales and exceptional client relationship management.n
Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and convert high-quality leads provided by the marketing team into confirmed site visits.
Sales Closing: Conduct skilled project presentations and site tours; negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
End-to-End Coordination: Guide clients through the entire journeyfrom initial inquiry and site visits to booking documentation and final CRM handovers.
Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Pune real estate market, including competitor analysis, pricing trends, and upcoming infrastructure developments.
Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with clients to generate referrals and maintain a positive brand reputation for the firm.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Preferred Candidate Profile*
nWe are looking for a high-energy professional with a "closer" mindset and a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape.n
Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (preferably with a Channel Partner or leading Developer).
Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Punes micro-markets (like Kharadi, Wagholi, Viman Nagar, or Magarpatta) .
Communication Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base in Pune.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. You should be adept at handling high-ticket HNIs and corporate clients.
Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits and client meetings.
Result-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven setting and is comfortable with weekend working (typically the busiest days in real estate).
