Role Overview

n

As a Sales Specialist, candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with leading orthopedic surgeons and healthcare institutions. This is a field-based role requiring strong relationship-building skills and a passion for healthcare innovation.



The person would have to technical learn the product and if needed, be present in the OT.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Promote and sell advanced orthopedic solutions in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Arthroplasty

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospitals

n

Provide product support during surgeries and clinical discussions

n

Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory

n

Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth

n

Ideal Candidate

n

Experience in medical devices / orthopedics preferred

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state

n

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn

n

Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

n

Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations to clients as required.

n

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently within a team environment.

n

Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is advantageous.
