You will work closely with leadership and department heads to build a high-performing organisation through effective talent acquisition and structured HR systems.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy & Leadership (Primary Focus)Lead and drive end-to-end recruitment strategy aligned with business growthManage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure timely and quality hiringBuild strong hiring pipelines across functions and levelsImprove recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and conversion ratiosTrack and drive recruiter productivity, SLAs,
and hiring targetsPartner with leadership on manpower planning and workforce strategyHR Operations & GovernanceOversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding and exit processesDraft, review, and implement HR policies aligned with organisational needs and labour lawsEnsure statutory compliance, HR audits, and regulatory documentationStrengthen process governance and ensure accuracy of HR data across systems (Keka, LMS, etc.)Coordinate with legal advisors on employment-related mattersEmployee RelationsManage employee grievances with fairness, maturity, and structured resolutionBuild a culture of accountability, professionalism, and explicit communicationPartner with HODs to resolve people-related challenges effectivelyRemote Workforce EnablementBuild scalable recruitment and HR operations systems suited for a fully remote setupEnsure consistency in communication, process adherence, and performance across distributed teamsKey RequirementsMBA in HR from a recognised institution15+ years of overall HR experience10+ years of experience in Recruitment (mandatory and primary expertise)5+ years of experience in HR OperationsProven ability to drive hiring at scale and lead recruitment teamsStrong experience in HR policy drafting, compliance, and employment law mattersStrong stakeholder management and decision-making abilityExcellent communication and documentation skillsHigh ownership, integrity, and organisational maturityWhat We OfferA fully remote work environmentA high-impact leadership role with strong ownershipDirect collaboration with senior leadershipOpportunity to build and scale recruitment and HR systems in a growing organisation
