Role DescriptionPath-iQ is seeking a Technical Founder to join our team in a full-time remote role. In this position, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of our advanced technology solutions tailored for pathology workflows. You will make key technical decisions,



drive hands-on coding and architecture design, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our products meet clinical and business needs. Additionally, you will contribute to building and shaping a scalable, mission-driven engineering team to support Path-iQ’s growth. QualificationsProficiency in software engineering, cloud architecture, and scaling distributed systemsExperience in AI/ML model training, deployment, and integration with healthcare workflowsBackground in data governance, data security, and compliance in healthcare or relevant fieldsEntrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to lead and scale technical teamsStrong problem-solving skills and aptitude for building innovative solutionsFamiliarity with pathology, medical imaging, or healthcare technology is a strong plusExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilitiesDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
