Work Schedule: Mon–Fri | 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM (WFO)

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and guide recruiters to achieve hiring targets
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment across diverse technologies
Manage client communication, requirement understanding, and delivery timelines
Proactively handle escalations and provide immediate, practical solutions
Ensure recruitment quality, process compliance, and accurate reporting
Create a motivated, collaborative, and high-performance team culture
Required Skills & Experience
3–8 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
Mandatory team-handling or mentoring experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Robust problem-solving mindset during escalations or tight deadlines
Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, screening, and candidate evaluation
