- Role Description*

nThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram for an
- High Performance Badminton Coach*

nat United Badminton Academy. The role involves planning and executing specialized training programs to enhance athletes’ skills and competitive performance. The coach will work closely with the Head Coach to lead training sessions, mentor players, and contribute to the overall development of the academy.n
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-performance badminton training programs




- Conduct 2–3 daily training sessions for professional athletes based on workload management
- Work closely with the Head Coach to design and implement training plans
- Lead and guide junior coaches and support staff
- Monitor athlete progress and ensure performance development
- Contribute to overall academy operations and training structure
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a badminton coach (experience preferred)
- Ability to coach players across all levels (beginner to elite)
- Knowledge of science-based training and performance development
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
- English proficiency preferred; Malayalam is an added advantage
- NSNIS Diploma / BWF / BAI certifications are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field is an advantage
- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
- Annual CTC:
- ₹4.8 Lakhs – ₹6 Lakhs
