- *Role Description:**

nThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Café Manager located in South Delhi.n

The Café

nManager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day café operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving sales performance. The role requires strong operational control, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in both front-of-house and backend functions.n
- *Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall café operations including service, quality, and hygiene standards
- Drive sales, upselling, and customer engagement
- Monitor and manage P&L;, cost control, and inventory
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and guest experience
- Lead, train, and supervise café staff including baristas and service team
- Handle staff scheduling, performance management, and daily briefings
- Oversee coffee quality and beverage consistency
- Execute local store marketing initiatives to drive footfall
- Maintain smooth coordination with central kitchen and management
- *Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in café / QSR / casual dining
- Strong coffee background (coffee chains preferred)
- Proven expertise in sales driving,



customer interaction & team handling
- Good understanding of P&L;, food cost, and operational controls
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and peak hours
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business Management preferred
- *Preferred Profile:
- Candidates from coffee chains, café, or bakery backgrounds
- Candidates based in South Delhi or willing to commute
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
