Job Description

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory financial requirements in Bangalore.
- Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the FMCG division.
- Monitor and manage the organisation's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial processes with organisational goals.




- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, ensuring professional development and effective performance.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide accurate financial updates and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

- Qualified CA is a must.
- 8-12 years of post qualification experience.
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the FMCG/Manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience in IndAS reporting.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
