The Sr Assoc-Digital Product Management role is responsible for ensuring every automation is thoroughly tested, validated, and production-ready. This role is critical in
maintaining operational stability and minimizing disruption as new and enhanced automations move into production.
Youll partner with Technology, Delivery, and Operations teams to perform end-to-end testing, validate production readiness requirements, and identify issues early in the lifecycle. Youll play a key role in maintaining quality standards that support both traditional automation models (BPMN, RPA) and emerging agentic capabilities.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Request, prepare, and execute test documentation for new and updated automations.
- Conduct End-to-End (E2) and End-to-End Extended (E3) testing for automation solutions prior to deployment.
- Test and validate that all production readiness requirements are met before go-live, including business controls, alerting, and monitoring configurations.
- Ensure the automations meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Execute negative path testing to ensure resilience and proper error handling.
- Collaborate with Technology and Delivery teams to triage and track issues discovered during testing.
- Provide validation and post-release support for automation and platform changes.
- Document test results, defects, and provide sign-off recommendations for production releases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation quality assurance and testing processes.
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in automation quality assurance, automation testing, or automation delivery.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to share information with both technical and non-technical partners.
- An ability to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience with testing methodologies, including regression, integration, and negative path testing.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments bridging business and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, BPMN, or workflow orchestration platforms.
- Curiosity about emerging automation technologies, including AI and agentic frameworks.
