Design, build, and maintain scalable integration services and microservices using Java (primary) and Python (secondary).

Develop and manage the full API lifecycle, including REST APIs and event-driven integrations.

n

Build event-driven and asynchronous integrations using technologies such as Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Graph QL, and AWS SQS.

n

Implement AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Amp) to accelerate development and reduce delivery cycle time.

n

Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency.

n

Design and implement agentic integrations and AI-powered automation to enhance and streamline business processes.

n

Contribute to integration architecture decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

n

Ensure integrations follow responsible AI practices, including data privacy, governance, and model evaluation standards.

n

Qualifications

n

6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.

n

Solid hands-on experience with Java and working knowledge of Python.

n





Solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices Architecture.

n

Proven experience managing the end-to-end API lifecycle.

n

Required Skills

n

Hands-on experience with REST APIs Event-driven architecture & asynchronous processing

n

Messaging and integration tools: Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Graph QL, AWS SQS

n

Experience with Mule Soft, including API development, integrations, automation, or advanced design is a must.

n

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Amp).

n

Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.

n

Solid ability to learn, adapt, and adopt current AI and integration technologies quickly.

n

Preferred Skills

n

Experience with agentic integrations or AI-driven automation.

n

Exposure to open-source integration frameworks.

n

Familiarity with emerging AI productivity tools.

n

Experience with Cloud and CI/CD pipelines (AWS preferred).
