Role Description*
nThis is a full-time in office role for a Commi I based in Junagadh at The Fern Hotels & Resorts. The Commi I will assist in day-to-day food preparation, maintain hygiene and food safety standards, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes.n
Responsibilities also include supporting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, maintaining kitchen equipment, and developing culinary skills to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications*
Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
Strong Culinary Skills and creativity in food presentation
Commitment to maintaining high standards of Hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Excellent Communication skills for effective kitchen teamwork and collaboration
Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced kitchen environment
Formal training or certification in culinary arts is an advantage
Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
