? What this role actually is

This is a high-ownership, on-ground growth role.

You will:

- Bring in registrations (revenue)
- Close sponsorships (money)
- Create/coordinate content (visibility)
- Help run real events (execution)

? Your work will directly impact how much the company grows.

? What You’ll Be Responsible For? 1. Sponsorships (Top Priority)

- Identify local brands (gyms, sports shops, cafes, etc.)
- Reach out via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
- Pitch and close ₹5k–₹25k deals
- Follow up until payment is received

? If you can’t sell, this role won’t work.

? 2. Registrations & Growth

- Handle inbound leads (WhatsApp, calls, Instagram DMs)
- Convert leads into paid registrations
- Follow up aggressively
- Create urgency and close

? 3. Content (Execution, not theory)




- Shoot basic content during events
- Edit or coordinate reels (CapCut/Premiere)
- Post content that actually drives engagement

? 4. Community & Outreach
- Visit academies, courts, gyms
- Build relationships with players & coaches
- Drive bulk participation

?️ 5. Event Execution
- Be present at events (especially weekends)
- Handle real-time issues
- Ensure smooth experience for players & sponsors

✅ Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Based in Chandigarh or ready to relocate immediately
- Must have a vehicle + laptop
- Comfortable with calls, sales & follow-ups
- Basic video editing skills (or willingness to learn fast)
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Comfortable using ChatGPT / AI tools
- Available on weekends
