This is a full time in office role for a Founder’s Office Manager located in the Pune Division. The Office Manager will support the Founder in coordinating key projects, managing schedules, handling communications, and driving strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks, preparing reports, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring effective workflow within the founder's office.



The role may also involve extensive on field presence to design and implement recent projects.

3️⃣ Operations Coordination (And operational execution too whenever necessary)

Ensure Ops Head, Medical teams, and Admin are aligned
Draft emails, pitch notes, LinkedIn posts
Prepare MIS dashboards
Maintain performance scorecards

n

Organizational and administrative skills for scheduling, documentation, and office management

n

Strategic and analytical thinking to assist in planning and executing foundation programs

n

Proficiency in using productivity tools such as MS Office, email applications, and virtual meeting platforms

n

Experience in the non-profit sector or healthcare industry is a plus

n

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred
