Role Context
We are building a high-growth EV leasing platform powered by three demand engines in Astranova :
ETS (Employee Transport Services): Long-term, contract-based B2B demand
Spot Rentals: Short-term, adaptable deployments to maximize utilization
SFO (Small Fleet Operators): Scaled operators who bring both demand + utilization
stability
This role will own end-to-end demand creation, allocation, and utilization, ensuring every
vehicle is earning with minimal idle time.
Core Mandate
Build a predictable ETS contract pipeline
Create a high-velocity Spot demand buffer
Source and scale high-quality SFO partners
Maintain near-zero idle inventory across the fleet
Key Responsibilities
1. ETS Demand Engine (B2B Contracts)
Build and manage pipeline with:
Corporates (IT/ITES, BPOs, logistics)
Employee transport aggregators
Facility management companies
Own:
Lead generation Commercial closure Deployment
Ensure forward demand visibility (24 weeks minimum)
Drive account expansion and repeat contracts
2. Spot Rentals Engine (Utilization Layer)
Build a strong network of:
Aggregators
Local rental partners
On-demand fleet users
Use Spot demand to:
Absorb excess inventory
Manage ETS demand fluctuations
Ensure fast turnaround deployments
3. SFO Sourcing & Demand Management (Critical Lever)
SFO Acquisition
Identify and onboard high-quality small fleet operators
Build sourcing channels:
Broker networks
Existing driver/fleet ecosystems
Referrals and local market mapping
SFO Demand Quality
Ensure SFOs bring:
Stable driver pools
Platform attachments (Uber, Rapido, etc.)
High utilization capability
Portfolio Management
Monitor SFO performance:
Utilization
Payment discipline
Fleet expansion potential
Drive repeat leasing and scale-up with top SFOs
SFOs should act as a “built-in demand engine”, reducing dependency on external demand

Demand-Supply Planning (Across All 3 Engines)
Align demand with:
Vehicle arrivals
City expansion plans
Maintain layered buffers:
ETS (contracted demand)
SFO (embedded demand)
Spot (on-call demand)
Ensure zero/low idle vehicles at any point
5. Funnel Ownership (Lead Deployment)
ETS: Lead Meeting Contract Deployment
SFO: Sourcing Evaluation Allocation Scale-up
Spot: Partner onboarding Demand capture Allocation
Optimize:
Conversion rates
Turnaround time (TAT)
Deployment speed
6. Pricing & Yield Optimization
Work with leadership on:
Lease pricing (SFO / ETS)
Rental pricing (Spot)
Optimize:
Revenue per vehicle (RPV)
Mix between ETS, Spot, and SFO
7. Metrics & Operating Cadence
Own daily/weekly dashboards:
Vehicle utilization % (primary metric)
Idle inventory %
ETS contract pipeline value
SFO portfolio size & performance
Spot utilization contribution
Revenue per vehicle (RPV)
Deployment TAT
8. Team & Ground Execution
- Build and lead:
ETS sales / enterprise partnerships team
SFO sourcing managers
City ops / Spot coordinators
Drive high accountability, execution-first culture
Personally anchor key enterprise & SFO relationships
What We’re Looking For
Experience
10+ years in:
B2B sales / partnerships / demand generation
Mobility, fleet leasing, logistics, or NBFC ecosystem
Proven experience in:
Closing enterprise deals
Managing fleet operators / channel partners
Must-Have Skills
Strong enterprise + channel sales capability
Ability to manage multi-layered demand engines simultaneously
Deep understanding of:
Fleet economics
Utilization drivers
Data-driven with strong execution bias
