What would you do
We help insurers redefine their customer experience while accelerating their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model. Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance setting and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment.You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan ImplementationCovers the full range of services needed throughout a plans life, including plan development enhancement, sales marketing, plan sponsor/institutional client onboarding/management, participant enrollment/management, sponsor and member servicing reporting. Their products consist of individual retirement accounts (Roth IRA), college savings accounts, guaranteed investment contracts, fixed variable deferred annuities (qualified non qualified), as well as corporate retirement funds.

What are we looking for




2+ years of experience in US Retirement Services domain Defined Contributions - Managing participant level services Expertise in Money In processes such as Asset transfer, enrollments, record keeping services, account maintenance, IRA contributions, file processing, etc. Address change verification:Verify participantsaddresses using tools provided by public records system and the United States Postal Service. Hands on with developing process documentation, COPIS, capturing exceptions, process flow, process maps and NIGO rules Processing monetary and non-monetary transactions for assigned clientsransactions. Ensuring accuracy on transactions processed Demonstrated knowledge of rollover in/transfer forms. Ability to perform enrollment requests. Knowledge of IGO/NIGO is a must. Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality. Complies with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalates issues to the management. Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying the same with minimum response time. Taking active participation in process improvements and automation. Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to. Excellent organizational skills with ability identify and prioritize high value transactions. Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU. Support creation of procedure documents - SOPs
