Role Overview: As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, activity-based lessons to students in Classes I through V. You will play a key role in building strong foundational skills and nurturing a love for learning in young children.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for your assigned subject
- Create an interactive, activity-based classroom workplace that encourages participation and curiosity
- Assess student progress through classwork, homework, tests, and observations, and maintain accurate records




- Identify students who need additional support and provide timely intervention
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behaviour
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events, PTMs, and training sessions
- Maintain classroom discipline in a positive and encouraging manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject (B.Ed preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Genuine passion for teaching young learners
- Ability to create engaging and creative classroom experiences
- Comfort with activity-based and experiential teaching methods
