Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our Kochi team. This is a field-based role where you will be meeting clients directly, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Visit potential clients in the field — real estate developers, builders, promoters, and agents

- Pitch and explain our compliance and advisory services

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Follow up consistently to close deals and achieve monthly targets

- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding

- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM regularly





Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in field sales or business development

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

- Knowledge of the local Kochi market is an advantage

- Malayalam proficiency preferred

- Real estate or compliance background is a plus — not mandatory

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives
