Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with OEAs, OEMs, and service dealers across India, ensuring high customer satisfaction and consistent business growth.
Manage complete sales and operational activities for spare parts and lubricants, ensuring profitability and promoting 100% genuine product usage.
Conduct monthly demand planning, sales analysis, and inventory forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels and uninterrupted product availability.
Oversee order lifecycle management, including order registration, processing, and execution, while implementing automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Handle payment collections and perform account reconciliations, ensuring solid financial discipline and timely receivables.
Define and implement customer-specific discount structures and pricing strategies to improve margins and enhance market competitiveness.
Maintain and manage customer databases, track orders,
and generate accurate performance reports.
Improve packaging standards and support product standardization initiatives, leading to cost optimization and operational consistency.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, reducing order aging and enhancing service levels.
Support procurement and purchasing strategies aligned with organizational goals for quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
