Role Overview

nWe are hiring a Key Account Manager Third Party Integrations to manage connectivity partners such as Aggregators, Bed banks, Wholesalers, and technology providers integrated with the iOL X platform.n

This role ensures integrations remain technically stable, scalable, and optimised for performance, supporting both supply onboarding and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

n

Integration Partner Management

n

- Manage relationships with API Suppliers, Wholesalers, Bedbanks and connectivity partners
- Coordinate integration timelines, upgrades, and platform enhancements




- Act as the main liaison between partners and internal Tech teams

n

API Performance Monitoring

n

- Monitor API health, latency, and connectivity stability
- Identify and resolve integration issues affecting availability or bookings
- Ensure partners meet technical performance standards and SLAs

n

Integration Optimisation

n

- Identify opportunities to improve data flows and system efficiency
- Ensure accurate transmission of availability, rates, and booking data
- Coordinate technical improvements and troubleshooting with partners

nConnectivity & Onboarding Supportn

- Support onboarding of new partners and connectivity providers
- Manage testing cycles and go-live readiness for integrations
- Ensure smooth coordination between Tech, Ops, and supply teams

Required Experience

n

- 3-6 years in travel technology or platform integrations
- Experience working with Bedbanks or wholesaler platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, connectivity flows, and system integrations
- Ability to work with both commercial and technical stakeholders
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
