Manage Inbound International Customers

Calls

- Trouble shoot and resolve customer issues
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets
- Accurately document all customer interaction in the designated platform

Eligibility

n
- 2-3 years of experience with at least 1+ years of prior international call center experience
- Should have excellent communication skills, active listening skills
- Open to work in US shift (India Night Shift)
- Graduate
- Sat and Sun fixed offs
- Location- Manyata Tech Park, Nagavara
- Strong employment background check will be done

nJob Types: Full-time, Permanentn

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
