Role Description

nThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager overseeing a 300MW Solar Landbased project in Bikaner.n

Responsibilities include managing and supervising all construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards. The role involves enforcing construction safety standards, monitoring project controls, and efficiently allocating resources to meet project goals.



Effective budgeting, collaborating with stakeholders, and resolving on-site challenges are integral to the position.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills for managing teams and overseeing day-to-day construction operations.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial tracking to ensure projects are completed within planned expenses.
- In-depth knowledge and implementation of construction safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in construction management and project control, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with renewable energy projects, specifically solar power plants, is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Bikaner and work in a energetic project environment.
