Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, salary benchmarks, and forecast future hiring needs
Developing strategies to improve the company's reputation as a top-tier employer to attract passive talent.
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
