Role Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise and exposure to media-related domains. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and support automation and system integrations.n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Support media-related business processes, including media planning, campaign management, ad operations, and media finance.




- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, including AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, API requirements, and validations.
- Perform functional consulting activities while working with ERP and business applications.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, functional documents, and data models.
- Support data analysis through SQL queries and create insights using data visualization tools.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

nRequired Skills & Qualificationsn

- 5- 10 years years of experience in a Business Analyst or techno-functional role.
- Solid understanding or prior experience in media domains (media planning, ad operations, campaign management, media finance).
- Experience with database concepts, data mapping, and data modelling.
- Hands-on exposure to AI automation, process automation, or workflow optimization initiatives.
- Experience working with ERP systems and supporting business process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger / OpenAPI.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to create process and system diagrams using Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Microsoft Visio.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
