Job Title: Warehouse In-charge

Role Overview:

The Warehouse In-charge is responsible for overseeing and controlling all warehouse production and related operational activities for flower and pooja products. The role focuses on implementing structured production processes as per management direction, leading and coordinating teams, ensuring quality standards, maintaining productivity, and supporting timely export dispatches.

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse In-charge

- Supervise and control all warehouse production activities, including sourcing, sorting, grading, processing, packing, and dispatch preparation
- Ensure production operations are executed as per export schedules, online orders, store orders, and management instructions
- Support management in sourcing and introducing new varieties of flowers with quality standards, including trial production, handling methods, and storage practices.
- Establish and implement a structured production workflow in line with management direction and provide regular production performance reports, improvement insights, and recommendations to management
- Lead, guide, and coordinate production workers and helpers to achieve daily production targets
- Allocate manpower efficiently based on production volume, order priority, and workload
- Ensure flowers and pooja products meet defined quality, hygiene, and export standards
- Minimize wastage, damage,



and rejections through effective supervision and handling controls
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and packing to maintain freshness and product quality. Responsible to Develop and implement production improvement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and output quality also Continuously review production performance and recommend process, layout, and workflow improvements
- Monitor and control raw materials, packing materials, and consumables usage
- Ensure FIFO practices and maintain proper stock discipline in the warehouse
- Prepare, verify, and transfer daily production data (production quantity, wastage, dispatch details) to the Accounts department for accurate reporting and billing
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for stock entries, production reports, and reconciliation
- Coordinate closely with the Virtual Store In-Charge team to fetch and process online orders and store orders
- Align production priorities based on online demand, store requirements, and dispatch timelines and provide daily production and order fulfilment updates to management
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace discipline standards
- Train and guide teams on quality standards, order accuracy, and safe handling practices
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and efficiency

Desired Profile

- Robust hands-on experience in warehouse or production supervision
- Ability to structure workflows and implement management-driven processes
- Proven leadership in handling workers-intensive operations
- Experience in perishable goods, Agri-products, or export-oriented units preferred

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / Graduate in Production, Operations, or relevant field preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in production or warehouse supervision
- Experience in flower, Agri-products, FMCG, or export operations is an advantage
