We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Associate to join our team at Naxose Hyper Market, Kottayam, Kerala. You will be the welcoming face of our store, helping customers find what they need, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
· Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products across the hypermarket.
· Answer customer questions regarding products, prices, and ongoing promotions.
· Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
Billing & Checkout Support:
· Assist at billing counters during peak hours to reduce queues.
· Help customers with bagging, returns, and exchanges as needed.
Store Presentation:
· Ensure aisles and shelves are tidy, properly labeled, and well-stocked.
· Assist in maintaining clean and organized customer service counters.
Who We Are Looking For:
Experience:
2-5 year experience in retail, hospitality,
or customer-facing roles (freshers Considered).
Skills & Attributes:
· Excellent communication in Malayalam (basic English is a plus).
· Friendly, patient, and customer-first attitude.
· Basic computer knowledge (billing system experience is a plus).
· Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability:
· Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
