We are hiring a dedicated and organized HR Manager to oversee personnel operations at our growing physiotherapy clinic in Kottayam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining our recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring a positive workplace culture that translates into excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for clinical and administrative staff.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Develop and implement internal clinic policies and employee wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Handle performance appraisals and staff conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in Human Resources preferably in Healthcare or Hospitality sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Robust communication in Malayalam and English, proficiency in HRMS tools, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Kottayam.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
