We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations within our beverage manufacturing facility. The candidate must be comfortable working in a plant setting and handling factory-level accounts. Job location is Talma, Jalpaiguri.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (purchase, sales, expenses, etc.)
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Monitor inventory accounting and coordinate with production/store teams
- Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Maintain proper records of vendor payments and invoices

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in FMCG/manufacturing/ automobile/ tea industry/ construction)
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel




- Strong understanding of GST and taxation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Mandatory:

- Candidate must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Preferred:

- Experience in factory or plant accounting
- Familiarity with inventory and production-related accounting

Important Note: The selected candidate will initially be required to work from our Matigara office for a period of 2 months, after which they will be transferred to the Jalpaiguri (Talma) plant location.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
