Job Summary

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Asterisk-based telephony systems and CI/CD pipeline automation.

The candidate will manage dialer infrastructure, automate deployments using Jenkins and GitHub, and maintain high availability for production systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelephony & Dialer Management

- Install and configure Asterisk, Vicidial, and FreePBX
- Setup and manage predictive dialers / auto dialers
- Configure SIP trunks, IVR flows, DID routing
- Troubleshoot call quality issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Manage GitHub repositories and deployment workflows
- Automate build, test, deployment, and rollback processes
- Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Manage Linux servers (Ubuntu / CentOS)
- Maintain VPS & Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Contabo, DigitalOcean)
- Configure load balancing and failover systems
- Maintain server security, firewall, and access control

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Asterisk / Vicidial / FreePBX




- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Strong knowledge of GitHub workflows
- Linux system administration (CLI)
- Networking fundamentals (IP, NAT, Firewall, SIP)
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Enterprise dialer platforms (Ameyo, Five9)
- Load balancing and high availability architecture
- Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
- Cloud architecture design
- API integrations
