Role Overview

nWe are hiring a Data Analyst (1–2 years) to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is focused on working with real production data and supporting internal stakeholders with accurate analysis, structured reporting, and clearly explained insights. This position requires strong attention to detail, discipline in data validation, and the ability to work with responsibility. It is not a purely exploratory or experimental analytics role.n

Key Responsibilities

- In this role, you will be expected to:
- Work with structured datasets from internal systems and databases
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation before analysis
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data accurately
- Build and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports used by business and academic teams
- Create dashboards and summaries that are clear, consistent, and reliable
- Ensure metric definitions and calculations remain consistent across reports
- Investigate and explain data discrepancies or anomalies
- Document data sources, assumptions, and calculation logic




- Respond to data-related questions from stakeholders with clarity

- Validate data before sharing or publishing reports
- Follow defined data access, security, and governance policies
- Handle sensitive and confidential data responsibly
- Escalate data quality issues or source inconsistencies promptly

nEligibility & Skillsn

- 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or reporting role
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus
- Background in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
