Key Responsibilities

Customer Support
n· Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products across the hypermarket.n
· Answer customer questions regarding products, prices, and ongoing promotions.

· Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
n
Billing & Checkout Support:
n
· Assist at billing counters during peak hours to reduce queues.
n
· Help customers with bagging, returns, and exchanges as needed.
n
Store Presentation
n· Ensure aisles and shelves are tidy, properly labeled, and well-stocked.n
· Assist in maintaining clean and organized customer service counters.
n
Who We Are Looking For:

Experience
n2-5 year experience in retail, hospitality,
or customer-facing roles (freshers Considered).n
Skills & Attributes:
n
· Excellent communication in Malayalam (basic English is a plus).
n
· Friendly, patient, and customer-first attitude.
n
· Basic computer knowledge (billing system experience is a plus).
n
· Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
n
Availability
n· Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.n
