Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Prepare detailed
n
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
n.n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into functional solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs.
- Support implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Assist in validating requirements through data analysis and testing support.

Mandatory Skills:
n
- 5+ years of experience as a
n
Business Analyst
n.n
- Strong experience in the
n
Finance domain
n.n
- Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation (BRDs, FRDs), and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with financial systems such as
nERP,
investment platforms, treasury toolsn
, or similar.
n
Good to Have Skills:
n
- Familiarity with tools like
nJIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, and Exceln
.
n
- Exposure to financial compliance and regulatory standards such as
nIFRS, GAAP, SOXn
.
n
- Experience working in
nAgile/Scrum environments.n
- Basic knowledge of
nSQL or data analysis for requirement validation.n
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards.
n
