Senior Anaplan Analyst - FP&A; Systems & Applications (Anaplan CoE)

- First month: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (training phase)

A leading global real estate investment and rental housing organization is hiring a Senior Anaplan Analyst for its FP&A; Systems & Applications team. The firm operates a large, integrated platform spanning investment management, property development, and property management, with a strong international presence and institutional investor partnerships.

This role focuses on building and optimizing scalable Anaplan solutions that support financial planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, enhance, and maintain Anaplan models, dashboards, and planning solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable models and proof-of-concepts
- Partner with finance and business teams on budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Support Anaplan CoE best practices, governance, and model optimization
- Perform testing,



issue resolution, and ensure model performance
- Provide documentation, training, and user support
- Improve data quality, usability, and overall system efficiency

Must-Have Requirements:

Anaplan Expertise

- Level 3 Model Builder certification (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on model building and optimization experience

Communication & Project Management

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong ownership of deliverables and priorities
- Effective stakeholder communication and alignment

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree (technical/IT preferred)
- 3-5 years of Anaplan implementation experience
- Experience with integrations (APIs, Anaplan Connect, etc.)
- Solid Excel and data analysis skills
- Understanding of FP&A;, financial systems, and data modeling
- Experience in Agile/Lean environments
