Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring that the organization is well-positioned for future growth and efficiency.

Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP.
Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
